Deck restorations – typically include a cleaning solution, scrub and power wash. A stripping agent can also be applied if a completely different sealer is desired. Once clean and dry, decks or wood structures are sanded if necessary and coated with 2 applications of sealer / waterproofing.
This particular project involved a structural tightening of the railings, repair and reconstruction of 2 step units, replacing numerous deck boards due moisture related issues, cleaning and staining sealer coats.

Replacement deck boards are common due to moisture permeating the woods surface without proper protection from outdoor elements, mother nature and waterproofing.

After 2 coats… Looks better than we anticipated.

As for this next project, the homeowner stated that “if the previous contractor spent the amount of time on the clean and prep process as Miracle had, we never would have met”

This stain was not cleaned from the electrical outlet previous to Miracle restoring the deck. Clean up is a priority which comes second to none at Miracle.

This next project used a semi-transparent stain rather than a dyed solid color water proof/sealer. After a thorough power washing which included the solid board and baton skirt along the sides, you can easily see the effectiveness of power washing the deck.

The railings surrounding the deck were also cleaned and stained. You can see the contrast between the cleaned, dry un-stained deck and the railings with a fresh coat of semi-transparent waterproof sealer.
VERY CLEAN… without the use of chemicals.
