This dated, yet well put together patio was lifted paver by paver.  Base material was added and compacted to raise the settled areas.  After each paver was cleaned of sand and moss, they were installed as if it was a brand new patio.

This staircase has been leveled and the pavers below have been installed under the steps for a safe landing area surrounding the steps.IMG_20140805_193033_971

A finished project.  Pavers have been cleaned, sanded and rinsed displaying a “brand new” dozen year old patio.  Original wood timbers act as an edging restraint.

This step unit had a sunken portion of the top landing.   A moisture rotted header board attached to the house had to replaced as well.  The majority of the second step had to be carefully removed and re-installed with a new layer of mortar and polymeric paver sand.  After re-leveling the pavers and steps, it is now solid, safe to walk up and down and the top landing is level with the threshold to the slider door.

This entrance to the church had broken concrete, uneven surfaces and loose material.  The concrete was removed and after compacting several layers of base material, these reclaimed pavers from the pastors house were cut to fit and leveled for not only a safer entryway but a more ornamental entrance as well.
